What a fantastic stay! The rooms are amazing, with huge space and modern decoration. The hotel is clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, always trying to assist with any queries. The food is more than excellent, with a variety of drinks and amenities during our departure day. However, there was an issue with an order missed for lunch, and one staff member displayed inappropriate behavior during our stay.
The hotel offers a spacious room with a side sea view, 2 cots, and a baby bath basin, providing direct access to a private pool. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with a variety of beverages. The service was helpful and kind, focusing on guest satisfaction. The location, while a bit far from the city center, was stunning, nestled in a blend of contemporary architecture and ancient ruins. The dining experience was good, with attentive waiters and a complimentary champagne touch. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
During our 2-day stay, the hotel impressed us with its huge rooms and modern decoration. However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues that we had to report to the reception.
